There is no in store Pickup for American shoppers. Only a flat rate of ten ($10) dollars to all

Jamaican Shoppers

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at11 St James Street Montego bay. After
placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email and / or when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 5pm on Monday to Saturdays. Please have your order
confirmation email or text with you when you come.

There is only one store pick up location at 11 St. James Street, Montego Bay Jamaica.

However there are 10 other pick up locations available throughout the islands via the
courier service Knutsford Express.

We offer two options through the Mentioned Courier service.

A Flat rate ($5 USD) Five dollar add to your charge at check out by selecting Shipping with Knutsford Express and you will go to your selected pick up location , present the courier bill numbers that will be email and/or text to you along with a proper form of identification. No addition charges require just pick package up.
The next option is to do a Courier pick up service where you will select Knutsford pickup. You will go to your selected pick up location, present the courier bill numbers that is email and or text to you along with a proper form of identification. You will be charge by the courier transporting of the package.

Courier Services (Knutsford Express)
Send packages conveniently between our terminals in 10 cities and towns. Our courier counters are open to receive and deliver packages 7 days per week.
Our courier rates are determined by Scale Weight or the Dimensional Weight of the package.
Scale Weight is $700JMD for the first 10lbs (1-10lbs) and $55 JMD for each lb. over 10lbs.

Total costs includes GCT.
Dimensional Weight is charged for packages that are light in weight but large in size. The
dimensional weight is calculated by multiplying the LengthxWidthxHeight, then dividing the
total by 800.
The cost applied to an item will be the greater of the Scale Weight or the Dimensional Weight.
Terms and Conditions:

We do not offer packaging. Items are to be pre-packaged but not sealed as the contents of each package will be inspected. We do not transport cash, jewelry, hazardous items (fuel, chemicals, gas, etc.), and frozen foods. Consignee must present courier bill number
and national/business ID on collection. Packages travel on next available space.
Storage Fee will apply if a package is not picked up within 3 days of arriving at the destination.

Our liability is limited to $6000JMD per shipment.

We are currently only shipping products within the selected Countries of Jamaica and United State of America. As the site progresses we will include more Countries.

Return Policy

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
